Kostka SEMI-RETRACTING COLLAR

A semi-retractable collar in a designer design is a beautiful fabric and at the same time functional accessory for your dog. The outer fabric does not rub off, is well maintained and keeps its color for a long time. The collar has a loop that tightens when the dog is pulled. This is not a retractable collar, but a semi-retractable one (the dog will never be strangled).
